Terms of Service

Welcome to the AMCAcademic Prep Platform. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Introduction

AMCAcademic Prep ("we," "our," or "us") provides an online platform for medical examination preparation (the "Service"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You represent a current medical student, graduate, or practicing medical professional preparing for Australian medical accreditation.
  • You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service.
  • Your registration and your use of the Service is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Sharing your account credentials with other students or groups is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban without refund.

4. Subscription & Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or AMCAcademic Prep cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting AMCAcademic Prep customer support team.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AMCAcademic Prep and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries.

You may not:

  • Reproduce exam questions
  • Screen scrape content
  • Redistribute PDFs
  • Reverse engineer the platform

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  1. Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  2. Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an AMCAcademic Prep official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service or to any AMCAcademic Prep server.
